Seamless Recordings returns with another quality house track from Soulbasics. The guys have teamed up with Australian singer songwriter Kyla Sexton and created a beautiful track that oozes class and sophistication.
With tight percussion along with beautiful key and chord selections this is a perfect track for beaches and bars. The guys have also done a sunset version with summer arriving. This is perfect for sundowners at the Café Del Mar and the music on these originals is pure class. They also come with instrumentals and radio edits. Once again with Seamless´s dedication to high quality remix packages, this release comes with top remixes from Vincent Kwok and Santi Touch.
The first set of remixes are from Australian born US West Coaster, Vincent Kwok, whose rework of Jazzloungerz ft Rainy Payne – Obsession was received with much acclaim. He has previously worked with the likes of Usher, Lisa Shaw and Latrice Bennett and his remix this time is another belter.
With his trademark deep sound, this is a really beautiful track, which is full of emotion and it suits the vocal perfectly. It comes with a dub and an instrumental. Top draw this really is…… The second set of remixes for this track come from outstanding Lithuanian DJ / Producer Santi Touch. With tracks and remixes and house labels such as Cabrio, Just Deep and Reelgroove remixing the likes of Scope, Spin Science and Lenny Fontana, Santi has made a excellent set of remixes.
The first two are aimed specifically at the dancefloor. With an trippy minimal beats and excellent bass synth this has power and groove and is a great track for the dancefloor. The third and last remix in the package is a lounge dub version with a deeper vibe to it. This is a great atmosphere builder which sets a great tempo to the night.
All the mixes will also be available as instrumental and radio mixes.

This track also comes with an instrumental, for those who like to keep things more underground.
“Cant Stop” Made in conjunction with fellow Hungarian Dj Producer, Soneec, this is a main room dance floor bomb, perfect for peak time demolition. With great synth sounds it´s slightly deep without being deep. Added along with a great arrangement, this gets the crowd moving and when the break comes back in its all hands in the air……
“Wacks” Pumping this track is. Great for almost any main room set, this gets the crowd wanting more. It’s a mildly deep, slightly electronic affair that, has an unstoppable house groove. Again when the breaks comes in, its all hands in the air.
“Get a Life” This is a delightful deep house track. With very uplifting chords and floating strings, it has a great arrangement which moves you through the song. hi there, here a few compilation have been buying @ Fnac shop.
Röyksopp, aka Svein Berge & Torbjørn Brundtland, release their sublime new single
‘The Girl and the Robot’ through Wall of Sound on June 22nd 2009.
Featuring the unmistakable vocals of fellow Scandi pop superstar Robyn, ‘The Girl and the Robot’ is shaping up to be one of the biggest pop tracks of the year with the likes of Pitchfork declaring it a contender for Single of the Year already and Popjustice calling it ‘a demented, choral, electronic masterpiece’.
‘The Girl and the Robot’ is a brilliant, huge, melodramatic, technoperatic tune about a love affair between woman and android and is moving, both for the head and the heart. ‘There’s a story in there and we needed to do something a bit deeper than 100 per cent lighthearted pop,’ says Brundtland.
The Girl and the Robot’ is the second single to be taken from the critically acclaimed ‘Junior’ album and follows the recent single ‘Happy Up Here’ - which was playlisted at Radio 1 and became a breakfast show favourite.
‘The Girl and the Robot’ is also coming with a whole heap of fabulous remixes from the likes of Kris Menace, Joakim and Chateau Marmont. Röyksopp’s new album ‘Junior’ has already been described as ‘genius’ by The Sun, ‘pop perfection’ by iDJ and ‘our happy pill of the day’ by the Sunday Times. Röyksopp arrive back in the UK to play London’s Get Loaded in the Park festival which takes place at Clapham Common on Bank Holiday Sunday 30th August 2009, where Röyksopp will be headlining one of the arenas.
