release info

Geoff M was always a fan of Eman's vocals since his intro on Jon Cutler's "It's Yours". Even when he stopped playing the tracks, he continued to use the acapellas when DJing. Geoff says, "There is something about the depth of his voice that really warms through the soundsystem which then cuts through the dancefloor". So when Terrence T and Geoff got in the studio they thought "wouldn't it be fantastic to get Eman involved!". So he contacted him through email and 5 minutes later they were chatting Glasgow-NYC via iChat! They wanted to do a track which reflects being a part of something, a night a scene or a club....so that's where 'in the club' stems from.....feeling that you belong!

On the remix duties we have Detroit's Delano Smith (Mixmode/Third Ear), who delivers a true-to-the-roots remix. No need to say more about his productions, it's always worth to listen and play! We continue with our spanish Deep House soldier Jesus Gonsev (Troubled Kids), who once again proved that he knows how to do a proper remix with lots of strings and enough free spaces to give Eman the honour he deserves. Once again, after their great Omar remix, the Triad guys are not only doing dope Drum'n'Bass releases - they also keep an eye on the deeper sides of House. Their remix might be the slowest and smoothest on this release, but it builds such a wonderful warm atmosphere that the crowd will definitely embrace it. Budapest's Canard & Lauer who have been building quite a reputation for themselves with solid work on Toolroom, Stealth, Purple, Nervous & Nitegrooves created a big slice of uplifting house that comes armed and extremely dangerous with Eman's distinctive, yet atmospheric vocal. Also included in the package is the epic original with its hooky keys, snarling b-line and emotive strings with Instrumental version & Geoff M's tripped out 'Dark Room Edit'. All in all we are sure you will agree that this is a very special release
